Cake Delivery

I do not offer personal delivery for cakes at this time. However, I gladly accept the Uber Delivery Package service!

Many customers choose to organise an Uber delivery to collect their cakes. Let me know in advance when you’ll be arranging the collection, and I’ll be happy to hand it over to the driver for you. Please note that I am not liable for any damages that could occur during the delivery. 

If you choose to use this service please note it down in the "Any Other Requests" section of your order.

Nationwide Delivery

If you have ordered a Baby Bruce cake slice for delivery, please note that we use a third-party courier service. Shipping options include overnight service for both North and South Island orders. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be delivered once tracking has been received.

Please be aware that, according to NZ Post terms and conditions, “overnight” is only an estimate, and there may be potential delays. You will receive tracking information once your order has been picked up.

In the event that your order is lost or stolen, we cannot take responsibility, and refunds will not be issued. It is at the customer's risk if the order is misplaced, as we cannot be held liable once your order has been dispatched from our premises.

We do not ship to rural addresses because of the extra delivery time. If you have used a rural delivery address, then you are ordering at your own risk.
